There are few places on Earth more beautiful and peaceful than El Nido, Palawan. Find everything you need to make your vacation the most memorable it’s ever been—bespoke rooms of all varieties, water attractions including Jacuzzis, a private beach, and even a secluded island all to your own.

Booking cancellation	The booking voucher will include information about the standard cancellation, modification, and no-show policies.
Non-Smoking Policy	All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel rooms and within the hotel premises. Kindly ask any hotel representative for the designated smoking area in the hotel.
Children Policy	Children ages 12 years old and above is considered adult.
Breakfast Policy	A la carte breakfast for in-house guests is already included in our best available rate from 7:00 am to 10:00 am at our restaurant.
Reservation Deposit	50% of the reservation total is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
No-Show	100% of the reservation total will be charged if you do not arrive and do not contact us to reschedule.
House Rules	Guest Behavior: Noise levels must be kept to a minimum, especially during late hours (e.g., after 10 PM). Smoking is prohibited inside the resort. Designated smoking areas are available. No illegal activities or substances are permitted on the premises. Room Occupancy: The maximum number of guests per room is 2 & 4 depending on the type of room. There is an extra charge for each additional guest. Visitors must be registered at the front desk and may be subject to additional charges. Mosquitoes can be present around the resort, especially during certain times of the day. We highly recommend using insect repellent to minimize the risk of mosquito bites. Pets: Pets are allowed or only specific types (e.g., small pets) are permitted and additional fees or restrictions may apply. Damage & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property caused during their stay. Any stolen or lost items must be reported immediately to resort management. Alcohol & Food: Alcohol may not be brought into the resort. Guests are encouraged to dine at the resort's restaurant, but food from outside may be restricted. A safety precaution, we kindly advise you to consume only bottled or mineral water during your stay. We recommend avoiding tap water for drinking purposes. Parking: Parking is available for guests, but spaces are limited. Use of Facilities: Resort amenities (pool, gym, conference rooms, etc.) are available during specific hours 7am to 10pm. And there are no available lifeguards on duty. Lost & Found: Items left behind in rooms will be stored for a limited time and can be retrieved by contacting the front desk. Сancellation policy

Cancellations made after confirmation will be subject to 50% cancellation fee from the total package rate.

Cancellations made after 72 hours before check-in will be charged 75% cancellation fee from the total package rate.

Payment will be forfeited if reservation is cancelled on the date of arrival including no-show.

Cancellation due to Force Majeure (e.i. typhoon) will not be refunded but can be rescheduled within six (6) months from the date of cancellation depending on the room availability.
